The Fall of Ako Castle , Akj danzetsu? aka Swords of Vengeance is a 1978 Japanese historical martial arts period film, directed by Kinji Fukasaku. It depicts the story of the Fortyseven Ronin Chshingura. The film is one of a series of period films by Fukasaku starring Sonny Chiba, including Shoguns Samurai.
